LinkU Web Design is a new concept, looking for talented outside sales representatives to join our team!

As an outside sales representative, you will be responsible for bringing new clients to LinkU Web Design. This position requires you to go business to business (door to door) introducing our new LinkU Web Design store location and introduce our website marketing services. You will make contact with prospective clients and if needed scheduling meetings with them for consultation. You will introduce the website marketing packages we have to offer and explain to them how marketing online can help bring them business.

The product is very easy to sell, and should sell itself for the most part. Every business needs a website, but most businesses do not think they need a site, or don't know how to make a website actually bring them business. Your job will be to explain how a website can bring business and how a site, combined with their existing advertising can bring them new business.

Rather than selling the product as a website, you will sell it as advertisement for their business. This we have found makes more sense to the business owners, which most times are not familiar with online marketing. We handle the marketing, design and setup of the websites and ensure the clients stay happy and actually get business from their websites.

Essential qualifications include:

The ability to generate leads (going door to door, dropping fliers with prospective clients, occasionally making cold calls, etc.)
Strong people skills with an out-going personality.
A working knowledge of computers and the internet.
Self motivated with the ability to work independently with little oversight.
Experience with business to business sales is a plus.
Access to a laptop computer for demonstrations at client locations (recommended).

The website packages you will be selling costs $199 setup and cost $50-$99/mo. They are very affordable for businesses and cost less than most traditional advertising that these businesses are already buying every day and every month.

Compensation: $8/hr. Part Time (20-32 Hours) vs. Commissions. Commissions are $100 per website sold @ $199 price. Bonus of $25 per site for sites sold at $99 monthly package.

We offer additional website packages where you can also make more commissions, but these rates are based on the primary package being sold.

Realty Check: While most sales jobs promise the world and tens of thousands of dollars, we are trying to set low realistic goals. For example, if you can just sell 2 websites a day (5 days), you can make $200/day or $1000/week. That's at least $4,000/mo. in commissions. Obviously we want and hope you can sell more than 2 a day, but this is just an example.
